Have you ever been in the middle of a fire fight, when you are about to run out in a blazing glory just to have your goggles fog up? I’m sure we all have! When it comes to making sure that your goggles don’t fog up it only takes a few moments to save minutes of gameplay and frustration. Below are some products that we suggest taking a look at when trying to fog proof your goggles.

First on our list are the anti-fog lens wipes. These wipes are a quick and easy fix to a fog situation! The only negative to using lens wipes is that they are not a permanent anti-fog solution and wear off over time. We have found the anti-fog chemical can last anywhere between 3 – 5 days until you need to reapply it. Most of these wipes are sold in individually wrapped packages and are very easy to store just about anywhere.

Our second suggestion to keeping goggles fog free is using goggle fans to keep the air moving inside of the goggles. Most players are 50/50 when it comes to using these. Some have found them to be very effective, where some have found them to be more trouble than its worth. I have used goggle fans before and found them extremely helpful, but only with certain goggles.

The third way to keep goggles from fogging up is a home recipe that I recently learned about. Before a match players put a small drop of dish soap on the inside of their goggles. They spread it around and dry it with a dry wash cloth. Surprisingly enough, this works! This keeps goggles from fogging up really well. It only lasts for a few hours, but it’s a nice quick fix to any fog situation.

These are just a few options when trying to make your goggles anti-fog. If you feel that we have left some good options out, please let us know and we would be happy to add them in!
